A wide guard just slightly S shaped and scent stopper pommel, both in steel, create an elegant look on this sword. The pommel has some incised detail on its upper panels and allows the back hand to ride up the pommel for leverage. The waisted grip is covered in mottled oxblood colored leather over a wooden base.
The dynamics and weight make this a great feeling sword to go along with its looks. The COG is forward compared to some swords but the weight, just under 3 pounds, allows this sword to have a silky feel and great presence when it contacts its target.
