It has recently come to our attention that some antiquated settings on our company email account have been preventing communications outgoing from us to reach some folks with Gmail accounts, and it is possible that the same issue may have affected other emails as well. We apologize for this. If you have tried to contact us and not heard back from us it is probably due to this issue. We are currently trying to go back through communications from the past several months to determine the extent of the problem and to contact folks who may have not received updates and responses from us due to our apparent technological idiocy. Never trust a blacksmith with a computer.
If you have reached out to us and not heard back please send us an email with multiple ways of getting in touch with you, ie alternative email and phone number, and we will contact you ASAP. We know that we pissed off some folks by seemingly ghosting them and we are really, really sorry. It was not on purpose.
Our main email address is aa@arms-n-armor.com. You can also cc Nathan to make double-extra sure. His direct email address is nathan@arms-n-armor.com.
For your edification here is a previous video of us killing a computer with a sword. The picture at the top is Arms and Armor spokes-dog Sherman Ebenezer VonFluffleton attempting to help ameliorate the situation.
As always, our swords and other weapons are entirely made by us, by hand, at our shop in Minneapolis, MN. Sword blades are hand ground of 6150 carbon steel, hardened and tempered to 50-52 Rockwell. All of our products are made to look, feel, and function just like the historical originals on which they are based. Arms and Armor is dedicated to quality and authenticity. For over four decades we have worked with museums, collectors, and scholars around the world to develop a deep understanding of European weapons; knowledge we use to make products that exemplify the finest qualities of the very best historic pieces. When we select historic items to reproduce, being pretty isn't enough, they have to move with grace and beauty, and beg to be used when in the hand. These are pieces that feel as good as they look, and that work as well as they feel. Our mission is to craft items that recreate the look, feel, and function of the best historic originals.
